Main moments
Global bistand står i et vendepunkt. Norge bør vise verden at det er mulig å videreføre et høyt bistandsnivå samtidig som man stiller høye krav til kostnadseffektivitet og resultater – det er ingen motsetning mellom solidaritet og å prioritere hardt. Etter store globale bistandskutt er det nødvendig å revurdere hvor norsk bistand kan gjøre størst forskjell.
Langsikt støtter alle tre forslagene i representantforslaget. I dette innspillet skisserer vi konkrete strukturelle grep som vi mener er nødvendige for å lykkes med implementeringen av dem.
