We are seeking candidates with experience in policy development, public administration, public debate and/or political influence. We primarily seek individuals with expertise in artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, to shape Norway's policy in the face of our time's greatest technological changes. Topics such as biotechnology and strategic foresight are also relevant.

Relevant responsibilities and tasks:
- Be part of Langsikt's work with policy development, knowledge production and influence within emerging technologies.
- Write policy briefs, opinion pieces, etc.
- Depending on experience: Develop new policy proposals and projects (similar to the AI committee).
- Depending on experience: Media appearances, debates and lectures.
- Contact, manage and follow up on relevant relationships, primarily with authorities, researchers, politicians and other relevant organizations.
- Stay updated on Norwegian and international developments within one's field of expertise.
Qualifications we seek:
- Relevant work experience - preferably from a government department, research, politics and/or interest organizations.
- At least two years for advisor.
- At least six years for senior advisor.
- Relevant higher education.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.
- Experience with policy development, public administration, public debate and/or political influence.
