Fride is an advisor and HR manager at Langsikt, where she works with areas including development policy, HR, internal systems, and executive support. She holds a Master of Technology in Applied Physics and Mathematics from NTNU, and spent an exchange year studying statistics at the University of California, Berkeley. She has previously worked as a consultant at Visma Consulting and as a data scientist at one of Norway's largest energy companies.
