Main moments
We have four overarching inputs: 1. Present a clear plan for how to measure the impact of policy decisions. 2. Map out the biggest challenges to the quality of life of the population and relevant measures in the Perspective Report or in a separate message to the Storting. 3. Develop one quality of life management indicator that can be used in policy evaluation and prioritization. 4. Examine how the quality of life of other countries' citizens, future generations and animals should count in public impact assessments
