Sondre was Senior Advisor at Langsikt until July 1st 2025, where he worked on issues related to climate and future generations. In the past Sondre has been a political commentator in Dagbladet, an adviser in the think tank Civita and leader of the Young Liberal Party. He studied comparative politics at the University of Bergen.
